Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of BookCourse.co.uk and the booking of any training course through us.

1. Bookings

All bookings are confirmed by email and require full or part-payment in advance. Course places are not held without payment.

2. Attendance

Learners are required to attend every day of a course in full. Certification cannot be issued if attendance is incomplete.

3. Identification

You must bring two forms of photo ID, recent proof of address and your National Insurance number to every SIA course.

4. Liability

BookCourse.co.uk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your attendance or non-attendance.

5. Changes

We reserve the right to reschedule or relocate a course; you will be offered a refund or alternative date.
